Terms of Use of Team BRAPA's Voice Models
1 - The user must read and accept the terms of use provided by Team BRAPA before using any product offered by them.
2 - Voice models are made for personal use and are the intellectual property of Team BRAPA. The user is not allowed to distribute copies to third parties, republish and replicate the distribution in unofficial media and claim the product as their own creation.
3 - Models cannot be used commercially without permission from Team BRAPA.
4 - The user must always indicate the name of the model used in their work in a clear and distinct manner.
5 - It is prohibited to use voice models to create works that can lead or made for spread misinformation and fake news.
6 - It is prohibited to use voice models to create, distribute or store content that violates the laws or norms of society, including: Insults, racism, discrimination, hatred, violence or any other undesirable activity that can violate the public policies of the law.
7 - The use of voice models for the promotion and/or creation of content related to religions and sects without the authorization of Team BRAPA is prohibited.
8 - It is forbidden to use samples and renderings of voice models to create and train other models, such as RVC and TTS, without authorization from Team BRAPA.
9 - Renderings can be used as inference inputs in RVCs and other programs.
10 - Team BRAPA can provide updates, fixes and support for using the voice model. Users can contact Team BRAPA to resolve any questions or issues.
11 - Team BRAPA has every right to change the rules regarding voice models. The user must be aware of the changes to continue using the product.
12 - Some models may have specific rules regarding their use, created in agreement with the voice provider and Team BRAPA. The user should pay attention to the individual page of each product and the Terms of Use that come with them.
These terms were created for the safe and ethical use of voice models. The user must be aware of the rules and obligations to prevent inflation of third party rights and negative consequences.
